Working Principle

The main motor drives the belt and pulley and transforms the energy to the drive shaft through the gearbox, Then the counter gears installed on the drive shaft are driven to meet the large gear that is installed on the machine body, So these gears began to rotate in opposite directions to drive the body began to work. Material is added from the feed end to the inside of the barrel. Under the influence of the draft fan (Matching machine), airflow in the cylinder body is accelerated, and the lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the whole body continuously rotates the material upwards, to achieve the goal of uniform cooling. The cooled material exits through the discharge hole, and the material keeps coming in as the engine keeps spinning, so that mass production can be achieved.
