Working Principle:

The main motor drives the belt and pulley and transfers the energy to the drive shaft through the speed reducer. The countergears installed on the drive shaft meet the large gears fixed on the body of the coating machine and rotate in reverse, which causes the machine body to start working. Material is added from the feed end to the inside of the cylinder, mixing with the dust (liquid) and finally exits through the discharge port.

The machine can be divided into five parts:

Support part: The entire rotating part of the machine rests on the support part, so he suffers more stress.
