Working Principleor

The mobile compost turner is a composting equipment composed of a turning device and a moving device. The running device adopts a four-wheel design, with a diesel engine as a power source, that allows forward movements, Recoil & Twist. It uses non-slip tires and is operated by a single person using a flywheel-type control for simple and convenient operation. The speed of the main shaft of the turning device is controlled by the depth of the accelerator pedal, while the ground speed and power of the running device depend on the gear selection control. During Operation, The entire vehicle is straddled on top of the pre-stacked long strip compost pile, and rotating stirrer teeth mounted under the frame perform the rotation, Loosening and displacement of raw materials. After the passage of the vehicle, A new pile of strips is formed.

Attentions

The width of the compost piles cannot exceed the width of the mobile type compost turner.
There should be some space left at both ends of the fertilizer pile, that it is convenient for the machine to change direction. The space between the fertilizer piles should be greater than 1 meter.
This machine cannot be used as a passenger vehicle or as a heavy truck.
The machine must work on a flat surface, And the floor must be made of cement.
